You will enjoy a private room with a queen bed, a small private bath and my game room with pool table, dart board, games a large tv, an electric fireplace. and a bonus full bed. We are 5 blocks from Iroquois Park and just 2.3 miles to Churchill Downs and University of Louisville. I have kayaks you may rent as well as a bike to rent. My home has multiple bedrooms, so if you have more than 4 guests, check out one of my other room listings. I can host up to 8, if rooms are available. The space My basement provides a step-up from the Bedroom #2 with a private not shared bathroom, and a private game room with a pool table, dartboard, tv and games & a bonus bed - full size. During short stays, I will refrain from laundry, unless it’s an emergency and I communicate prior. Guest access My home can be entered from the front or back door with Coded locks - I will set the codes for the last 4 of your cell phone during your stay. SPACE - The basement has a private bathroom, bedroom, exercise bike, fridge/microwave/coffee pot and game room for use. You are welcome to use my kitchen with the microwave, oven and fridge (My food is not for guests- just yogurt and 1/2 & 1/2.) My laundry room is in the basement. The space is ONLY available if you have communicated with me (Old machines needing tender care), and for a $4/load fee to cover water, electric and soap. As this is my personal storage area, there is a camera in the laundry room space for protection of my belongings. During your stay I enjoy offering suggestions and providing information about our community, as well as learning about my guests and their adventures. This said, I try to stay out of my guests way unless guests ask for help. If I am not home, I will respond to texts and calls as soon as I am available. Other things to note My dogs are boisterous greeters every time they hear a door - for me and others. If dogs are a issue, I can keep them in my Florida room aka the "dog room".
