You'll have a private room with a big window & beautiful natural lighting. Share our family home lived in & loved by us (and our little dog!) A 5 min walk from our favourite grocery store, Canadian owned & operated, Choices :) or local artisan cafe, Amarti. Backyard with beautiful old growth trees, feels like our own little forest. Have a picnic, watch the sunset or just enjoy being at home in beautiful BC. We're surrounded by more wonderful foodie/wine or outdoor experiences than we can list! The space We love our family friendly neighbourhood. and it's walkability. We enjoy our home and the yard which allow for our dog and kids to play :) If you love spending time exploring new areas, then Abbotsford has much to offer from great thrift stores, winery and foodie experiences, to farm markets, lakes, fishing spots and hiking trails. Come get to know us and share some love for life in the Fraser Valley of BC. Please note that we are a family living here and working, and we love our life with our young child and dog. Guest access We share the downstairs with you, and our daughter and dog play down there too :) We are unfortunately unable to host cats in our home due to allergies.Almost all other pets should not be an issue. The backyard is open for all and if you'd ever like to come up to the covered patio for a visit or your own meal that is doable too! The bedroom and the bathroom are strictly for your personal use. We share the laundry room. You have your own bar size fridge and little kitchenette stocked for basic daily meals, drinks and snacks :) During your stay we are happy to interact or offer you space, you may always say hello up the stairs or text or call! We're happy to chat anytime if we're free! Other things to note We like to be conscious of our environmental impact and avoid single use items whenever possible. We do have lots of cloths available for napkins and to replace "paper towels" etc. We have plenty of reusable bags for shopping, and containers for food or even reusable bottles for water/ or hot beverages if you just ask we'd love to share :) There is also a fantastic Berkey water filter available for you to refill your water as often as you like for fresh healthy hydration!
