Stay in the center of the city in this spacious and unique house with expansive cultivated gardens that bloom year-round. 4 old growth magnolia trees, rhododendrons, azaleas, long list of botanicals all throughout the yard cultivated by prior owner who owned a nursery. Please see House Manual and House Rules prior to booking. The space has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and back yard. Laundry is available *on request* with priority given to cleaners and residents. The space Unique cozy large room with full-sized memory foam mattress. Barn door has a lock on it as does the other entrance to the room. Key is provided for peace of mind when coming and going to secure this individual room. Guest access Your room is immediately to the left of the front door with a sliding barn door. Please check out the expansive backyard, feel free to use the living room TV, and sitting area nooks are great for reading! During your stay We have our dedicated team ready to respond to any needs you have via message in the app, the host is available for emergencies via the messages or phone unless already on-site.
