Breton by origin, I rent my accommodation, located in the heart of the Croix-Rousse, during my returns to Brittany. It is a bright and warm apartment, very quiet, with unobstructed views of Mont Blanc and Tête d'Or Park. My apartment is a typical Lyon mini loft, called Canut, named after the silk workers who once lived and worked there. It is well located, close to Esplanade du Gros Caillou, shops and transport. The space 56 m2 apartment on the ground floor + 20 m2 mezzanine, on the 3rd floor (no elevator). You will find all the comforts: bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, functional kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, raclette machine and all the necessary utensils to make good meals. I also have a washing machine and dishwasher. The accommodation consists of: - a kitchen open to the living room. - a cozy living room. - a large bedroom, including an alcove with a 140*190 bed, an office area and a closet. - a mezzanine located above the living room (1.55 m ceiling height) comprising a reading area and a bedroom with a 140*190 bed. Access is via a wooden staircase. Mattresses and pillows are of good quality and comfortable. The decor alternates between vintage furniture and more modern pieces in a plant-based universe. You will discover a beautiful hoya "the porcelain flower" that surrounds the mezzanine above the living room as well as two beautiful ficus and other exotic plants. Other things to note The mezzanine room closes with a blackout curtain.
