Music City Oasis: This 2 bedroom, luxury bathroom, full kitchen apartment has all you'll need and more. With enthusiastic hosts, eager to ensure that your needs and comforts are being met, your trip to Music City will take you backstage and further! Please note pool is closing for the winter Nov. 4 2019 The space STR PERMIT #: 2017057828 ATTENTION: pool will be closing Nov. 4 2019 for the winter. We have a beautiful home with an underground saltwater pool (not heated- we typically close the pool from October -March) and a fire pit. The yard is 3/4 of an acre parcel with a privacy fence. There is a charcoal grill and of course, pool accessories for your travel leisure. The newly remodeled basement apartment is a two bedroom home with a separate entrance, driveway and carport. *please note this is a shared home with completely separate living quarters and entries* Inside you'll find a luxurious bathroom with a shower that has a bench and two shower heads as well as a tub, two large bedrooms, a washer/dryer, 2 large flat screen smart televisions and a full kitchen. We have full length mirrors in two rooms and also provide and iron and ironing board in each room. There is a bistro set for outdoor dining under the car port by your entrance and a larger set in the backyard oasis, poolside. While the two bedrooms comfortably sleep 4, we also provide a full size air mattress with bedding for additional guests (up to 6). THIS SPACE ONLY SLEEPS 6. Having more than that is a violation of our policy and we will have to report that violation to Airbnb. The house is just a few miles from the airport, the Opryland Hotel, Downtown/Broadway and centrally located by the interstate. Typically it is only a $12-15 ride share trip anywhere. We provide K Cups for your use (please recycle in the little countertop com poster) snack basket, water bottles, and our bathrooms are stocked with toiletries for your use. We're also big aromatherapy advocates and provide our guests with an essential oil diffuser and a handful of samples to experiment with during your stay. The tv's have access to Amazon prime, Netflix and Hulu. With a spectacular view and optimum privacy this property is the ultimate backstage pass to Music City. Guest access You may access the basement apartment in its entirety with your own lock combination. Where then you'll find keys on the kitchen counter. The carport comfortably fits 3 cars but has fit 4 if done just right. Feel free to enjoy the backyard and all of its amenities. The pool will always be swim ready when weather permits. The washer and dryer are part of the basement and because its a fully functioning two bedroom apartment with a full sized refrigerator, electric stove/oven and microwave you can count on having all the amenities you need! Other things to note Due to Airbnb policy we are happy to hold requests as long as we can however, should a request come through in addition to the previous with immediate payment, the prior request has 24hrs to make contact with us so we can make arrangements. We like to honor our guests on a first come first serve basis but because it's not just our business we have to follow Airbnb policy. Which means if someone requests and pays at the same time they are immediately pushed to the head of our requests and all other inquiries are negated. Which again is why we are emphasizing to make contact with us so we can make arrangements to be your host. Unfortunately we can't offer a place for your pets. Children are welcome and we even have a multi age highchair available for your stay. If you are trying to book and we pre-approve, you have until 5 days (max) before your desired check in date to actually reserve the property. If you fail to do so and we receive another booking request for those days, we will unfortunately have to consider their offer. Unless they pay upon request then your time is limited to 24 hrs (see above) *you may not have more than 6 guests overnight at this location*
