Walk out basement with TV/DVD, plenty of space for kids to play, path with bridge through "enchanted forest" to beach and Adirondacks on sand dune with fire pit. Games, puzzles. Safely set back from water with 100 yard walk on path through wooded dunes leading to private sand beach on Lake Michigan, wooded and lake views from house and balcony, two fireplaces, fire pit. All bedrooms, have double closets. Conveniently less than one mile to grocery store. Guest access The entire house and property which extends to the water line. Parking in the driveway and along the road if needed. Garage can be used for storage of bikes and kayaks, skis. Other things to note We welcome seasoned guests over the age of 25 who drink responsibly, outdoor enthusiasts and families. We are leaving at least 24 hours between guests for additional sanitizing. Since we have been welcoming family pets, the property might not be suitable for those with pet allergies/asthma.
