Kitchenette includes fridge, electric portable induction cooktop, microwave, pans, cutlery, and tableware. Whole house water filtration system. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Air mattress if needed for extra guests. Large contained back yard good for dogs. Ten min. to State Capital, CSUS, and five min. to UC Davis Medical Center. Separate entrance on right side of the house. Very quiet and private. Large shady backyard, redwood deck, and patio. Yard is dog proof so off leash is safe. Table and chairs are shaded by umbrella. Vaping, 420, & smoking friendly OUTSIDE ONLY in backyard. Keep all smoking waste outside. Indoor smoke damage will result with smoke remediation and could be up to 3k. If linens are left after checkout with stains or dog hair that can not be removed guests are responsible for replacements or professional cleaning. You have access to the whole back yard. Parking is on the gravel lot in front of the house. We have a patio and deck with tables and chairs for your comfort. Ping-pong can be played on the table in back. Large gravel area in back is good for playing catch with pups or friends. We live on site and are available if needed. Either in person or by phone. Quiet deadend street with lots of trees. Great for strolling to nearby park. Local brewery, and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is off the street on the property. Dedicated one spot for guests. Public transportation four blocks away, Lyft, Uber, jump bikes. We have parking in the front of the house on gravel and off the st. The lot is well lit up at night. We may have guests parked in one spot so make room for others. We have regular/instance coffee, oatmeal and cereal for breakfast. Cream is provided too. The kitchen is equipped with an electric water tea pot, microwave, and fridge as well as a single electric cook top. The induction cooktop works with the induction pot and pan and is not hot to touch. Only hot while the pan is on the cook top. Roku is provided with Netflix.
