Hello and Welcome! Only 25 mins from State College, inside this second floor apartment you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom spread out over 2 spacious floors. Please look for signs directing you to the SIDE entrance to use for your stay. There is a fountain statue next to the left of the door, as another indicator. Guests must climb stairs upon entrance of the house. Street parking only. The house is on the corner of Spruce and 7th street. Currently set up as a two private duplex units, the Airbnb section will be the secondary unit spanning the 2nd and 3rd stories of the home. Looking at the house from Spruce Street, the RIGHT SIDE ENTRANCE is the only way to enter the unit. Please do not try to access through the front porch or back entrances, as your code will not work on these doors and an alarm may sound for continued invalid access attempts. Be sure to follow the check in steps as you will clearly be able to identify if you are at the correct entrance or not based on the images we’ve provided. Please enjoy access to any of the 3 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathroom in our 2nd and 3rd floors of our house that is currently separate as a private duplex. There are two rooms that are off limits and will be locked. If anything comes up, please feel free to message using the Airbnb chat system. We will do our best to answer and accommodate you. We live downstairs, and I work from home and can usually be available. The neighborhood is mostly residential within walking distance to a dog park, gym, grocery store, etc. Please note that there is a chance for noise due to the fire hall alarm about 1 mile from the neighborhood. These alarms aren’t typical cause for concern. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Street parking is free unless otherwise indicated as not allowed at certain corners after a certain point. When navigating around the area, please be advised that certain streets are one way only. Also, all streets adjacent to a numbered street in the area surrounding the house will be named after a tree (i.e. Spruce, Locust, Pine, Alder, etc.). All side tables/lamps in bedrooms & living room have built in charging ports for easy access to charge your electronics (see pics). The lamps in all the bedrooms are touch lamps with 3 different brightness levels. Enjoy some complimentary coffee at the coffee bar set up in the kitchen to get your day started.
