The apartment in the Franconian country house style is freshly renovated. Particular emphasis was placed on the use of untreated precious woods. The breathable sandstone walls of the historic building ensure a very pleasant indoor climate in both the cold and warm seasons. The apartment has its own entrance with terrace, courtyard and parking. In the kitchen, there is a second patio door with direct access to the garden. The space The living space totals 73 square meters. All rooms have Wi-Fi and are accessible via sliding doors. The bathroom (9 sqm) is equipped with a large shower and two direct access doors to the bedroom and the hallway. A large bedroom (22 square meters) with double bed, wardrobes and desk. A living room (21 sqm) with dining table, TV, armchair and fold-out sofa bed for two more guests. In the living room, there is a fireplace, which provides additional living atmosphere and comfort. The kitchen (10 sqm) is accessible through a sliding door from the living room and equipped with all the appliances for daily use (stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, rice cooker, kettle). Here is a second extendable dining table, which can also be set up in the living room, for example, for a larger dinner with additional guests. There is a separate crib available for babies and toddlers. Guest access Wine lovers can choose from an extensive range of wines in the in-house wine shop. Here you will be personally advised and receive the right wine for evening enjoyment right next to your own front door. Private wine tastings are also available upon request for 4 or more people. In the yard there is a herb garden where fresh herbs for teas or cooking can be cut directly. Behind the residential building is a large garden with a meadow, which is accessible directly via the patio door in the kitchen and invites you to relax. The terrace is equipped with cozy garden furniture and offers play facilities for children if required. At the end of the southern slope of the orchard there is a bench with a table, from where you can enjoy the romantic view over the Baunachtal. Other things to note The vacation home is located in the village of Sendelbach (market town of Rentweinsdorf) with approx. 120 inhabitants and its own gas station. Rentweinsdorf (2.5 kilometers), Reckendorf (3.5 kilometers) and Ebern (7.0 kilometers) are minutes away by bike path or car. Here you will find shops serving everyday needs: supermarkets, beer gardens, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, kindergartens and schools, doctors, indoor and outdoor pools, etc. Sendelbach is located on the Castle Road with many castles and palaces nearby, as well as charming beer gardens, cycling and hiking trails. In 25 minutes by car you can reach Bamberg, Coburg and Haßfurt. Nuremberg and Würzburg are an hour's drive away. There are very beautiful cities in the area, especially Bamberg (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Coburg, Seßlach, Königsberg, Erlangen, Würzburg, Nuremberg, Kulmbach, Bayreuth and numerous picturesque villages of the Baunachtal.
