Each bedroom has a sparkling clean and stylish private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and a beach theme, a large walk-in closet to store all your things, and access to a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee in privacy. The second king bedroom has a dedicated work desk and stool for anyone who needs to catch up on emails or get some work done during the holiday. The third beautiful bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a dedicated work desk and stool in a bright, airy room with high ceilings. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with subtle artwork, calming colors, and filled with natural light thanks to large windows. There is a half bathroom located off the main living area for added convenience. You’ll also enjoy access to the amenities of Millennium Resort, including a pool, spa, and restaurant. Beach access is just a short walk away! As you’re staying within the resort, you can be confident that all areas are kept clean and in working order. (There is no additional fee for resort access). The Villa has smart lock access, and your code shall be provided upon booking. Please note that all guests must have IDs upon checking in. We take pride in our cleanliness rating and our staff thoroughly clean the entire condo ahead of your arrival. ** COVID ** Our cleaning staff have taken the Airbnb tests on best cleaning practices for Covid and abide by the guidelines. Additionally upon your booking, one night before and after your stay gets blocked off, so you never have to worry about a guest that’s stayed there right before you. Should you desire, we are able to offer additional cleaning services to help you enjoy your stay. Other things to note Safety/Security: While guests of Cabarete usually find the beach safe, the following protections are provided for our guests: The complex is gated with 24/7 security guards. The names of all guests must be provided to the security guard to gain access to the complex. Upon entering, all guests will be given wristbands so they are able to come and go as they please. Security cameras are located throughout the complex. There is a modern medical center 10 min away with US and Canadian trained doctors. We offer starter supplies of paper towels, dish soap, sponges, and garbage bags in the kitchen. Soaps are provided in the bathrooms, as well as white bath towels and blue pool towels. ***Electricity is not included for stays of 10 days or more, the cost is 22 cents/kW.
