The guest house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is centrally located to every Los Angeles Highlight! It is a stone's throw away from Mulholland drive, 5 minute drive to Universal Studios , 10 minute dive to the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame ,and 20 minute drive to the heart of Beverly Hills . You enter through a private entrance behind a white fence into a comfortable courtyard. Inside the home you will find a large living room that opens into a fully equipped modern kitchen. In the living room there is a convertible queen size sofa bed and flat screen smart T.V. with Netflix after your long days of exploring! The bedroom has a queen size bed and ample closet space. We provide quality bath and shower products, hair dryer, fresh ironed linens, and towels. There is free parking on the street and the driveway, wireless internet, and coffee machine (coffee provided) for those early mornings! You will be given the code for the lock to self check in on the day of your arrival. I will make myself available to greet you if you would like any additional information, have questions, or concerns! You are able to self check in and out of the home. You can text or call me anytime. You can take a short drive to lots of fun spots in Studio city. There are many local eateries on Ventura blvd: Sushi/Japanese, Italian, Indian, Thai, French, Mexican. Several supermarkets Ralphs, Vons, Gelson's and Trader Joe's of course! Runyon canyon and Fryman Canyon are minutes away for your morning or sunset hikes. Hollywood Bowl, Pantages theater, LACMA, Getty Center all are within 15 minutes drive. The house in located in the hills, one minute walk to the public transportation ( bus 218) that will take you either to Ventura blvd or Sunset blvd. You can also use Uber or Lyft to get you to Universal Studios , Dolby Theater on Hollywood blvd , Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills .If you have your car there is a free parking in the driveway and on the street. I live next door, so most of the time I will personally greet my guests. Only people listed on reservation are allowed on premises. Max 4 people. Please inform me if you are booking for someone else.
