We cannot accommodate additional people as per Azure Management Security Policy. ✔ Azure Beach and Pool are subject to availability & separate registration with Azure Management. ★ Pool Access: ₱250.00 per person per shift. ►Pool Shift: Morning: 7:00 am - 11:00 am – 1ST SHIFT Afternoon: 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm – 2ND SHIFT ►Azure Beach and Pool are CLOSED every MONDAYS for maintenance and cleaning activities. May be closed as well during bad weather for safety. THE SPACE Azure is a magnificent tropical-inspired development featuring nine residential buildings that has an iconic man-made beach facility with white sand beach, undulating waves and waterfalls and more to offer. Each tower is set in a breathtaking tropical modern aesthetic. We offer you a home away from home, a fully furnished 2-bedroom unit on the 14th floor in MALDIVES TOWER, right at the entrance of Azure with 49.30sqm including a wrap-around corner balcony facing the City, partial swimming pool/man-made beach, kiddie pool and the Paris Beach Club. Our unit has a very cozy and simple accommodation that would ensure a relaxing stay with your friends, family and loved ones. It is designed for THREE (3), but we will allow up to SIX (6) persons. Food & Beverages - upon check-in ONLY: - Complimentary Coffee, Creamer & Sugar - Complimentary (2) Bottled Water Guest access ATTENTION: Guards are very firm for guest’s safety. Only guests registered in the Guest Advise Form are allowed inside the area. Azure is NOT a resort so expect limited amenities compared to an actual resort. We have 24/7 reception area in the lobby of Maui tower (next to Maldives tower) and we have security guards 24/7. We also have a reception area in the lobby of Maldives but only available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We have cameras almost everywhere in Azure. ✔ As mentioned above, guest access to man-made beach and wave pool is ₱250.00 per person per shift. Under 3ft heights are free. This is paid directly to Azure Management—Azure Beach Front Desk/Cashier Staff, located inside Paris Beach Club and not administered by the host. Strictly no refund. Please plan your swim accordingly to avoid dissatisfaction. (Refer to above shift’s schedule) ✔ Swim-bands are only valid for one shift, you need to get a new one for the next shift. ✔ Pool slot is limited and in first come, first served basis only (Azure Management has implemented a 500 max user capacity rule per shift to uphold Azure's pool safety protocol). We encourage our guests to arrive at least an hour early (before check in) so they can register ahead of time at the pool booth area as there will be a line to get a swim-bands especially on holidays and weekends ✔ Proper swim gear is required; otherwise you would not be allowed to go to the pool area. Water sports are not allowed. STAYCATION GUESTS ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES AND AVAILABLE FACILITIES: THE AZURE BEACH & WAVE POOL The true centerpiece of the Azure Urban Resort Residences is the Azure Beach – An iconic man-made beach facility with fine white sand, undulating waves and waterfalls. THE IBIZA BEACH BAR A dynamic hangout in the middle of the Azure Beach. Breezy and well-stocked with light snacks and assorted beverages. Access to beach bar does not need a wristband. TIME SCHEDULE: ►TUE - THU — 01:00 PM - 12:00 AM ► FRI - SUN — 12:00 PM - 01:00 AM ►MON is CLOSED THE AZURE CHILDREN’S BEACH PLAYGROUND Features an engaging water play area fun kiddie slides, large buckets that fill and empty themselves every few minutes, and valves designed for releasing spurts of water. OTHER ACCESS ✔ Lounge, Ice Cream & Candy Bar, Coffee Shop and ATM Machine are located in the Paris Beach Club. ✔ Skyforte Cafe @ Paris Beach Club offers breakfast, lunch and dinner every Tuesdays till Sundays from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. ✔ Roof deck scenery – only Maldives Tower. Food & beverages are not allowed (close after 10:00 PM) ✔ For food orders and delivery, you may ask for the front desk permission to use their landline located at the 2nd floor. ✔ One parking slot is free. Additional parking is available at charge. Pay cash directly at the parking booth in Azure. ✔ Laundromat self-serve (inquire for details). ✔ Designated smoking area is located at the ground floor of Boracay Tower. ✔ First-aid Clinic (Basement—ask concierge for direction) ✔ Exit thru either Gate 1 and Gate 2 ✔ Gate 2 Entrance for Guests There is no access to the beach/wave pool after check-out as we reserve the amenities access quote for incoming guests. (Flexibility is granted, subject to availability) Lap Pool, Lagoon Pool, Volleyball Beach Court, Beach Volleyball Court, Basketball Court and Gym are not accessible for guests. Only available for long staying guests and owners. Building access is restricted. (Only allowed to access other tower for an hour with visitor’s pass). No entry for vehicles at Main Gate 1. Self-service Laundromat Other things to note ⬤ RESERVATION/CHECK-IN INFORMATION ❖ Valid government IDs ❖ Please declare correct number of guests (including kids) when booking. Also, toiletries, towels, etc. will be prepared limited to the number of guests in the booking. ❖ Kindly inform us at least 2 days in advance the COMPLETE NAMES that matches on the ID of all occupying guests before arrival for registration to avoid hassle upon check-in. ►You will need to provide your valid ID/passport for each guest in order to check in and enter the Azure property. (under 16 years old is acceptable without ID). ►Any modification or addition to the guest list cancels the old GAF and will require us to resubmit all names and IDs for approval. Cancellation on the same day is not recommended. ❖ LATE CHECK-IN does NOT mean you can check out late, we recommend to check-in on time to maximize your stay. ❖ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECKOUT ►₱150 per hour ►Early check-in (Before 2:00 PM) ►Late checkout (After 12:00 PM) ►Subject to availability ❖ Please note check-in is at 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is at 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please arrange with my representative. (Flexibility is granted, subject to availability). ►Check-in or check-outs that are required between 6:00 PM to 08:00 AM may be charged additional convenience fee of ₱100.00 – ₱500.00. (Please inform us when you expect to arrive/depart, so that I can arrange this with my representative) ❖ Room cleaning is completed prior to your arrival and after check-out, any additional cleaning can be requested at another additional charge of ₱400.00 per time, you can arrange this directly with my representative. ❖ Security deposit of ₱1000.00 is required and shall be collected by our representative upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages in our unit. ⬤ CHECK-OUT INFORMATION ❖ Upon check-out, visitor passes need to be surrendered in exchange of your IDs at reception lobby. Penalty will be charged if visitor’s passes are lost ₱500.00 each. ❖ Be ready at least 30 minutes before your check-out time. Please make sure you don’t leave any personal valuables behind. ❖ We value cleanliness; please ensure you leave the unit reasonably clean for our next guests. ❖ Dispose your rubbish properly. Garbage room is located near the elevators. ⬤ SWIMMING INFORMATION ❖ Towels in the room are included but are not for the use at the Beach/Pool, so kindly please bring your own, or request in advance to provide beach towels at a charge of ₱120.00 each. ❖ The unit is partial pool/beach view and city view, there is a road below. ❖ Cooking is permitted for short stays, but kindly please maintain the cleanliness. ❖ All pool users are advised to take all necessary safety precautions. The management/owner shall not be liable for any untoward incident, accident, injury or death. ❖ While swimming, children below twelve(12) years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. ❖ Food and drinks bought from outside are strictly prohibited inside the pool and pool deck area. ❖ Persons observed with skin disease, open wounds, cold sores, inflamed eyes or wearing bandages will not be allowed in the pool. ❖ Expect weekends and holidays to be crowded. Stay on weekdays if you wish fewer crowds. Also, our rate is cheaper than weekends. ❖ For our long term guests/tenants staying 28 days or more can access the fitness gym, basketball court, lap pool, movie room and children’s indoor playground. ⬤ REMINDERS ❖ Do not forget to bring a “handy bag” where you can use to place towels, swimwear and changing clothes. ❖To avoid violations penalties; keep the unit clean and tidy. Read the House Rules carefully and diligently. It is important to follow our rules.
