The Tasting House is a secluded architectural gem. Ground up restoration finished April 2019. Beautifully situated on a 20 acre forested site, 3 miles from downtown Cincinnati and 15 minutes from CVG. Features 2 private bedrooms with one bathroom, shower and tub and a semi enclosed loft bedroom with private bath. Gathering space accommodate 20 in the ground floor tasting room. The space Cumulating the owners 40 year career in the art/design industry, every detail in the Tasting House has history behind it. The 1st bedroom is called the Serenity Room. Light airy, and tastefully decorated, it has access to a side deck and a wooded hillside view, with the soothing sound of a running creek. Room 13, the second bedroom, is darker with bourbon barrel accents and the same great view. The upstairs loft is semi enclosed, with skylight and private bath. Guests, have access to the basement tasting room, which seats 26, has 2 garage doors that open to the great outdoors. Guest access We also have 20 acres of nature, the vineyard, not active, gardens and a hillside stream. Abundant wildlife, including deer, fox and wild turkey are just outside your door. Located on the same property as the owners house. The Tasting House does have a screened in porch. Other things to note We have dogs. Abbey and Matteo are our two Great Pyrenees who love to interact with guests. They live on our property which is directly adjacent to the Tasting House
