Enjoy a very comfortable, private bedroom w/spacious private full bath in an awesome neighborhood. Our home is warm, comfortable, and conveniently located to 60/65 Interchange, hospitals, colleges, restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, and breweries. Great for travel nurses/conf attendees or just passing through! The space - Our Airbnb bed/bath are cleaned before and after each guest, not only with disinfectant but also a UV Germicidal light. - Guest room has a comfortable Serta Perfect Sleeper Queen size bed. - All bedding is provided along with extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Also hangers, shelving, a luggage rack and full-length mirror (iron and small ironing board are available upon request). - Smart TV w/remote ready to cast from your device. - The private bath has a tub/shower and a double sink. Also towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoos and a few extras in case you forgot something! - Kitchen has Keurig coffee, a hot pot, tea, a variety of granola bars and/or fruit. Although we do not have a small fridge in the room, the kitchen fridge is available if you’d like to store something - just give us a heads up! Microwave is also available. - Check out is easy. Just make sure you take all of your belongings and leave. No need to empty trash, remove sheets or do laundry! We’ve got it covered! Guest access - The living area and kitchen are available for guests to use if needed but guests are expected to clean up after themselves. The hosts also use these areas. - Washer/Dryer are available with a 3 night minimum. - Back patio and pergola with table and chairs is available in warmer weather. - Street parking is available. We don't get much traffic as this isn't a through street and it's a super quiet neighborhood. It’s always recommended guests lock their vehicles. Better safe than sorry! During your stay - We are across the hall (yet don't share the hall as we have a separate entrance to our bed/bath to allow guests their privacy) or a text away and will help answer any questions you may have regarding local attractions! - There is a current 417 Magazine (local magazine) with lots of restaurant suggestions, etc. - We're happy to help in anyway or leave you to explore the flavors of Springfield on your own! Other things to note PLEASE READ: - As hosts, we DO require you upload, to Airbnb, a form of GOVERNMENT ID, your EMAIL and your PHONE number - especially if you have no reviews. LMK if you have any questions on how to do this! - We enjoy having guests in our home and want to make your stay a pleasant/comfortable one. We’re not a 5 Star Hotel, but we do our best to be a 5 Star Home. - Keep in mind we live here as well and please, let us know by communicating with us, if something needs our attention. - Our guest limit is 2 person max. If booking 2 guests, we require both names be provided to Airbnb. - No large groups/parties. - Our check-in time is listed as 4-9:00pm but if you need later, just let us know! We're pretty flexible and will try to work w/your schedule! - NO hair dye. Please do not color your hair using our tub and/or towels! - We are a non-smoking/vaping home - inside or outside! - We have a Nest doorbell/camera outside the front door. - No pets because our dog is in the home. Not suitable for children. - This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you via email from August. - The guest room has a lock/w key if you chose to lock your door. - The kitchen is available as long as you clean up. If you need spices or additional bowls, plates, plastic containers, just ask! We’ll help you out!! - We do request that no mail be delivered to our home during your stay. For longer stays, perhaps a PO Box at a USPS or UPS facility. Both are close by. - There is an individual staying in our basement that also uses the front entrance. - Clothing is required in ALL shared spaces! Seriously - just wear clothing!!
