Do you like hiking, surfing or maybe white water rafting or kayaking? Close to scenic rivers, giant redwoods and of course one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. We are in a great location to catch a sunset, whale watch, take a stroll along the beach, search through the tide pools at low tide, or check out the lighthouse. All right across the street . So many possibilities! We are also in a prime location to watch fireworks on 4th of July. This is a bottom floor unit. The space We hope you enjoy the warm and cozy environment with indirect views of the ocean. We use quality linens and scent free cleaners. Be mindful of children running and heavy footsteps as these sounds permeate all units. Be mindful of TV being too loud during quiet hours. Owners live upstairs. Guest access is the entire apartment, 1 bd, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen. Hide-a-bed in the living room. Guest access We have a managed electronic lock system. Your code will be automatically generated. It only works during the time of your reservation. Not before or after. If you have not received your code by your check-in date, please contact us immediately to ensure you have a working code before your arrival. Other things to note Sounds can be heard from other units. Please be mindful of children running and heavy footsteps as these sounds permeate all units. Owners live upstairs. Hide-a-Bed: If the hide-a-bed is needed, there is a container in the bedroom closet where the linens are stored along with pillows. Please be sure to use the mattress cover as well. Also remove any bedding from the hide-a-bed before folding it back up to prevent damage to the bed or the linens. Do NOT put used items back in the container. Store them off to the side somewhere. There is no parking on the property. We have street parking. We try to keep the parking spaces in front of the units available. With that said, we request that you park directly in front of the unit for which you are staying and thereby allowing sufficient space for other guests' vehicles. A good rule of thumb is to use the sidewalk leading to the building as a gauge to park on one side or the other. If you arrive with more than one vehicle, please do not occupy the other unit's space and park elsewhere close by. Please DO NOT block or park in the Driveway. If anything is missing please let us know right away so that we have the opportunity to make your stay the best. We strive our best to earn your 5 star rating. If at any time you feel your stay is not 5 star, please let us know and allow us the opportunity to correct it!!
