Everything you need to make memories including a hot tub, bikes, a canoe for local rivers and lakes, 10 unlimited SHARC passes that allow you to enjoy the waterpark, disc golf, and tennis courts! This home is family and pet friendly. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and only short walk to the SHARC waterpark. This is the perfect family home for a getaway! The space This is the ideal home for your Sunriver vacation! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at the cabin including a BBQ! We've included 10 unlimited SHARC passes with your stay, saving you hundreds of dollars per day (Tickets are approximately $25 a day per person without these passes)! These passes will give you access to the SHARC aquatic pools and water park, disc golf, tubing hill, all tennis courts, and more. This home is equipped with a newly installed AC unit providing additional comfort on hot summer days. We would like you to be aware that the televisions in the home are Roku Smart TV's, meaning they are internet based. You will need to sign into your cable service to view TV. Also, the third floor loft space has steep stairs that are accessible for most people, but not everyone (You can see them in the photos). Guest access Guest will have full access to the whole house except for 2 closets that contains supplies and personal items. This includes the 6 bikes, canoe, life vests, SHARC passes, hot tub, and anything else at the home that you see! Other things to note We are so thankful that you have chosen to have your Sunriver experience at our personal cabin! We ask that guest treat the things at our home as they would want others to treat their personal things. Please park only in our designated parking space. Do not park in the neighbors spaces. We are pet friendly and love our four legged family members but we do ask that you keep your dog(s) on the first floor, off of the furniture, and beds. We do have a 2 pet maximum rule in our cabin. There is a non refundable pet fee of $100. This allows us to do the extra cleaning that comes with pets to respect our guest that may have allergies.
