Our home sleeps 8 & is perfect for two families. The Apex House features an expansive deck, a fire pit area, and your own private swim dock. 20 minutes to downtown Sandpoint and 19 miles to Schweitzer Mountain Resort!! The space We are so excited for you to experience our beautiful mountain retreat home. You have complete private access to the bottom level of the home. The top main level and garage are private and closed off. You will not share the home during your stay, you will have complete privacy. The Apex House is all about enjoying nature, slowing down, unplugging, and taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Pend Orielle. All of our bedding is hypoallergenic & organic. We believe health & comfort are the most important things for a comfortable vacation! You’ll love our household products as we have toxin free soaps and detergents throughout the home for you to enjoy! Guests will enjoy a large expansive deck with Majestic Lake Views and a private firepit area down below. You'll have plenty of space to relax between our comfortable hanging chairs, outdoor couch, and outdoor dining set. Shoot some darts or play some cornhole in the area down by the firepit. Get ready for some of the most incredible star gazing you have ever seen at the Apex House!! Enjoy private lake access at our swim dock located on Sunnyside road. The Space: -Bedroom 1: King Bed with Lake Views -Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Lake Views -Bedroom 3: Bunk room w/ 4 twin beds -Laundry Room -2 Full Bathrooms -Living Room with Kitchenette -50 inch Smart Roku TV -Kitchenette includes 2 induction heat burners, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee maker, small dishwasher, and a mid size fridge -Expansive Outdoor Deck with Majestic lake views -Fire-pit area & Solo stove -Weber propane Outdoor Griddle -PRIVATE Swim dock OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: -No Smoking -No Pets -No parties, large gatherings, or events -In the winter 4 wheel drive is required for our driveway -The Lake level is controlled by dams. The water is low October-May -The home features 2 exterior cameras for your safety. There are no interior cameras -No more than 3 Vehicles allowed Guest access Guests have full private access to the bottom section of the home including the private swimming dock which is located down the driveway along Sunnyside road. The top level of the home (including the garage) are not included in the listing. You’ll have full privacy during your booking. Your keyless entry is located down the outdoor stairs. Other things to note Your Private dock is a located on Sunnyside road. You can enjoy a short 8 minute walk to the dock or park next to it on Sunnyside road. The dock is a swim dock only and not fit for boat . The Driveway is built into the hillside and includes a sharp switchback turn with unguarded edges. Please drive slowly and carefully. The Driveway is a steep one way driveway that requires caution and attention. We share the driveway with another home above us so guests must be prepared to back up when other vehicles are coming down. At the bottom of the driveway is a Red Light. If you see this light lit up that means someone is heading down.
