This is a newly (2019) remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom, comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment in an up and coming neighborhood. Also has a private backyard. See Space section for details... We have a strict NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS RULE. If you’re looking for a place for a party or gathering, we would appreciate it if you selected another property to book. The space We have recently completely remodeled this apartment and everything is brand new (in early 2019). We gutted the place in 2018 and have new ceilings, walls, floors, counters and doors. Remodeled kitchen with new appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave), new cabinets and sink. Living room has leather couch and television and a table which seats four. There is a closet for coats by the front door. Bedroom has dresser and queen bed and closet. Bathroom is also newly remodeled with tub/shower and bathroom supplies (TP, shampoo and conditioner for men and ladies, soap, first aid kit and hangover supplies). Laundry is also in unit with new washer and dryer. Iron and small ironing board and all laundry supplies (soap, softener, dryer sheets). Backyard is private and a nice space to enjoy the Chicago summer days. You may see us walking around the backyard as well, and we may have events and guests in the backyard on occasion, but we will communicate that to you in advance. Owners of the building live in the unit above, close by if any needs are not met. You'll most likely hear some footsteps, but we generally leave our guests alone. You can let us know if you need anything at any time. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. All yours. Other things to note There are fast food restaurants nearby and a new Pete's Fresh Market close as well for groceries, but you won't be far from Chicago's restaurant mecca on west Randolph Street with a bunch of amazing places (try Au Cheval, Girl and the Goat, Bar Sienna, Rooh or La Josie) We expect our guests to let us know if any other guests will be visiting during your stay. Our biggest rules are NO Smoking in the building, and absolutely no parties. We’ve been burned in the past... hope you understand.
