The home sleeps 6 people - one queen-sized bed, one full-sized bed in separate rooms with adjoining private bathrooms, one twin sized futon in a separate room and one fold out memory foam single mattress. Located in the downtown arts district, the home a two block walk to the Roosevelt light rail station which offers transportation to Phoenix Sky Harbor, Tempe and other destinations. Also walking distance to many favorite locally-owned and operated cafes, restaurants, bars, music venues, and clubs, etc. I can give you a list of my favorite ones depending on what your interests are. Centrally located between all major cities including excellent freeway access, surrounding attractions by car include: Sedona - 1.5 hrs. Jerome - 1.5 hrs. Flagstaff - 2 hrs Grand Canyon - 4 1/2 hrs.
