This is a peaceful and private guest suite located on the terrace of my home, with a private and separate stairway. My place is in a peaceful residential area, yet within walkable distance of shopping malls, hotels, bus stops, colleges and places of worship. You can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from the terrace (the sunset view is of the city skyscape, and can be quite breathtakingly beautiful at times) For those who love to work, we have a workstation and 30Mbps dedicated WiFi The space The guest suite has an attached bathroom, an open terrace kitchen, a large private covered terrace and a three-seater swing. A refrigerator and washing machine for private use is also provided. We have a king-sized bed (6.5x6 ft) with a super comfortable 8inch thick spring mattress. ( However, if you would like to sleep separately, then we can reconfigure the beds into two separate single beds (see the photos to understand this better). The guest suite also has a workstation that comes equipped with a laptop table (3ftx2ft), a chair and a study lamp. All of them are foldable in order to save space (in case you require extra space at any time of the day). The place has unrestricted views of the city skyline, and sunrise/sunset views can be quite beautiful and breathtaking from my place. My place is in a peaceful residential area, yet within walkable distance of multiple shopping malls, restaurants, eateries, bus stops, colleges and places of worship. My place is also close to multiple tech parks and cinema multiplexes. Guest access The entire guest suite (penthouse) along with the terrace is available and dedicated to the guest. We have a separate and private staircase that leads up to the penthouse.
