Downstairs is a private bedroom with full en suite bath. A Queen Sofa sleeper in the living room has access to the full guest bath. Upstairs is a second loft style bedroom also with en suite bath. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Nye stay also has premium channels like HBO, including DVR, on those days that are stormy and you want to stay inside! If you are feeling adventurous, take a short walk to the sand and have an old fashioned clam bake and seafood cookout! Sleeps up to 4 - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Kings, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 3 full baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 1 (strictly enforced) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. The electronic lock is located on the front door.
