Beautiful Family vacation or corporate rental home on Lake Gaston! Maximum guests 34. Nestled in a low-traffic cove with quick access to the main thoroughfare. Bring your boat and jet ski! This home is located in the most highly sought for area of the lake. It is located on the NE quadrant of Lake Gaston. Golfing is nearby and public boat access with boat ramp is 5 minutes up the road. With 7,500 sqft and over 20 beds plus couches and pull-outs, this is one of the largest year-round properties on the lake! This home offers every amenity. With inviting decor and custom artwork throughout, it has its own unique atmosphere. Each floor offers their own kitchen and den areas. BEDROOMS: The Main floor has 2 master bedrooms. One with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The Bottom floor has 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and one bedroom with a king and queen bed. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a king bed. The second is a regular room with a queen bed and the third is a regular room with 2 twin beds. There is also another room we call the kids cove with 2 queen beds- it has 4 lofts with the following: Lower loft #1: 2 full beds, Lower loft #2: 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, upper loft #1: 3 twin beds, upper loft #2: 2 twin beds and a kids tent. The 3rd floor also has the game room with a large sectional sofa and a full size sleeper sofa. The house is packed full of WOW moments for the whole family, regardless of age. This property allows for everyone to spread out or come together as they please. It is located on a huge private wooded lot and is centrally located near the mouth of our famous "Pea Hill Creek," less than 5 minutes from Washburn's Marina. On the water, we have a double boathouse complete with sunning/tanning deck above. The boathouse does house our pontoon boat and paddle boat we rent out. No lift is available for renters. Included in rental are comforters, pillows, fully loaded kitchen, kayaks and paddle boards. There will be one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels in each kitchen. After those are used it is up to renter to supply. Due to the size of house we do charge a fee for providing towels ($100) and sheets ($150) or you have the option to bring your own. We do recommend bringing beach towels for the lake. Optional Additional Amenities: Sheets- $150/Towels $100= $250 for both- recommend bringing beach towels for the lake use. Pontoon Boat - $1,500/week plus gas Pets - $100 per pet (must be leashed at all times outside) 50 lbs below / 2 maximum Hot Tub is only available to rent October - April. ($150 fee) **No smoking in house **We will send a rental agreement for signature prior to check in. **No fraternities, sororities or similar college organizations Off-Season Rentals available! We make our homes available year-round. We also have a smaller home that sleeps 19 - one house away- California Dreamin' Guests will have access to all three levels of the house. Pontoon Rental is available -due to HP of boat it is not used for tubing Sondra is available to accommodate guests with their needs at the lake during the majority of the summer months. She's happy to give her guests space, or be readily available to them. Sondra has spent most of her summers growing up, living & building/desigining homes all around the lake! She loves the opportunity to share with you all she knows about the area, local sites, history and just about any other question you might have about the lake! Quiet, Secluded, Low-Traffic Public transportation will be minimal.  Slow paced rural environment. Ubers have been available during peak hours and peak seasons.
