The space This apartment is located above the Oak Barrel Public House on the 3rd floor. It is spacious and stylish, offering views of the Historic Old World Third Street Entertainment District. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and areas for dining and entertainment. We can accommodate up to 14 people. Oak Barrel Public House is on the 1st floor but our apartment is completely private, ensuring a separate experience from the restaurant and bar. In addition to this listing, we have 4 other units located in the same building. Each apartment features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and areas for dining and entertainment. Together, these five apartments can accommodate up to 61 guests. If you wish to book more then one apartment, you can do so by visiting their individual listings to book separately or get in touch with the host and we can help! The apartments are accessible via an elevator and are situated on the 3rd floor (two apartments), the 4th floor (two apartments), and the 5th floor (penthouse). Each apartment is completely private, ensuring a separate experience from the restaurant and bar located on the 1st floor. Each unit is designed for comfort and convenience, perfect for groups, solo travelers, couples, or families. Enjoy easy access to local attractions and amenities, making your stay both enjoyable and memorable! Wedding/Bridal/Groom groups allowed but NO parties. Guest access GUEST ACCESS: Guests can easily access the premises from the back for convenient loading and unloading of luggage/supplies. They may also enter through the restaurant, provided they are not carrying luggage or supplies. Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: We do not allow parties or late-night noise as there are other guests in the building. Quiet hours are at 10PM. Please use common courtesy while in the unit by keeping it clean, reporting any problem or damage, and not rearranging the furniture. No smoking of any kind inside or on the property. Violation of these rules will result in an additional $500 fee
