Additionally, there is a sunken den with large picture windows, TV, and a sandstone fireplace adjacent to the master suite as well as another living area in the basement with a 70” Smart TV and Queen-sized pull-out bed, adjacent to bedroom 4. There is a card/game room, stocked with family games, playing cards, and poker chips. Outside you will find a newly constructed private swimming pool, spa, and chaise lounges. There is a large grass yard accented with evergreen and seasonal flowering trees set against the backdrop of the amazing views of Zion National Park.
