The home is also located in a secluded country area. *Note: This is a shared space listing. You won't be booking the entire home. Inquire for more information if you would like to book the entire home. The space This private room is located downstairs. The bathroom is just a few steps outside of the bedroom. The bed is queen-size. There is a 32" t.v. with satellite /cable. You will have full access to the spacious kitchen for food storage & cooking. The outdoor charcoal grill is available for cooking needs as well. Guest access Guests will enter through the front door & their room door by use of a key pad. Shared access to the spacious kitchen, family room, dining room, back screen in patio, & pool room. The fire pit is only available for long-term guests during the winter months. Guests will have access to a shared kitchen for warming, storing, and consuming food only. Preparation and cooking of meals for short-term visitors are not permitted. Short-term guests are defined as those staying for a period of less than 1-2 days. You will have access to a full-size refrigerator & freezer for food storage. Please remove your food when checking out. The laundry room is for long-term guests only. Long-term guests are defined as those staying for a period of more than 2 days. You must bring your own laundry items. Guests will not have access to other private rooms, bathrooms, garage, attic, kitchen pantry, & the closet behind the staircase. Note: There is quiet hours from 9p.m. -5a.m. During your stay I can be available by phone, text, email & sometimes in person. Other things to note I ask that you don't smoke, drink, or eat in the room. Water is acceptable. You can smoke outside on the front porch or back patio.
