Romantic Escape in XV Century Home + Private Court

Entire XV-century medieval stone house in the heart of Kotor Old Town with 4 well-appointed stylish apartments equipped with kitchenettes, AC, strong WiFi, washing machines what blends modern comfort with medieval charm. The house features a quiet private terrace which is unique for Old Town and makes it just a perfect getaway for a group of friends or a big family. Tucked away in a picturesque walkway yet very centrally located - restaurants, cafes, bus station are only steps away. The space This cozy and super-clean private home features 4 studio apartments located in a standalone stone medieval house with a separate entrance that allows you full privacy. Our house offers a private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or Al Fresco dining. Every unit, each located on a separate floor, has king-size beds, sofas, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dining area and living area that will allow you to create romantic atmosphere in this charming place. Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchenette with includes 4-burner stove, fridge, electric kettle and plenty of appliances (pots, frying pans, cutlery, utensils, mugs and dishes). Bathrooms are equipped with a washing machine that you can use anytime you need, just bring some detergent. Clothes can be dried either on a folding rack, or on the terrace. Guest access Our house is located within medieval walls of Kotor Stari Grad, in its pedestrian part. If you travel by car, there are several paid parking lots in the vicinity of the Old Town (around 5-7 minutes walk). Please check our Kotor Guidebook for locations of the most useful parking areas. There is also free street parking by the North Gate, but finding a spot is like winning the lottery in high season. The closest city gate is Northern Gate - just a 2-3 minutes walk from our place. The walkway and entry to the house are well-lit. Private entrance to the house. Other things to note Check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm, check-out is before 11 am. If you need to have early check-in or late check-out, please tell us about it as we might be able to accommodate your needs for an extra fee (although we cannot guarantee that in advance). In case of Greet & Meet after 10pm there will be an extra charge of 15€, otherwise you can use self check-in option:) From October 1 till April 30 have a breakfast option for our guests (only) in a nearby restaurant with a special rate of 6€ per person (coffee or tea + juice or milk + eggs any style or porridge or croissant) which is not included into our night rate and shall be paid directly in the restaurant. If you opt for it - please bring a breakfast card to the restaurant, you can find them in the apartment. While staying, if you need any recommendations regarding places to eat, to visit, or spend your free time, we would gladly tell you. Plenty of information is already available in our Kotor Guidebook attached to the description of our home. We can also help with certain arrangements like tours and transfers. Few other things to note: 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (penalty for smoking inside 200€), yet you can have your cigarette on the porch of the house or on our terrace 2. Perfectly located in the heart of Kotor’s Old Town, the apartment is surrounded by charming cafés, restaurants and pubs. This vibrant location means the atmosphere can be lively at times, with noise levels occasionally reaching up to 83 dB. For your comfort, the apartment is fitted with thick, sound-insulating glass windows to help reduce outside noise. 3. Sewage system in Kotor Old Town is quite delicate and cannot cope with wet wipes, nappies, tampons (it might simply not digest it :). Also, after using the toilet, please flush generously. Tourist (sojourn) tax will be paid by private accommodation for your registration, for that you will have to provide your passport data on the check-in date.
