Les Lilas, quiet country house

In the heart of the Auvergne countryside, this renovated old farmhouse will allow you to relax with your family and visit our beautiful region. This cottage of about 85 m2 offers a large open living room with fitted kitchen, TV lounge area and 4 bedrooms as well as a closed outdoor courtyard (with 50 m2 of covered terrace). Linens (duvets, bed sheets, towels, etc.) provided. The space On the ground floor, you will find, - a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large table to eat together and a sitting area. - a toilet, - a washing machine area - a master suite with a 140 x 190 bed and a shower room On the first floor, you will find - a second double bedroom with 140 x 190 bed - one bedroom with 2 90 x 200 twin beds that can be converted into a 180 x 200 bed on request. On the second floor - a dormitory room with 3 single beds, an office area and a play area Outside, a closed courtyard can accommodate 3 vehicles while keeping room for children to play. A covered area at the front of the house allows you to drink coffee while contemplating the landscape. At the back you have 50 m2 of terrace with a lounge area, a dining area to eat or play even in rainy weather. The main room and bedrooms have air conditioning. When you arrive the beds are made and each person has 2 towels: 1 large + 1 small. For babies we have a high chair, a changing mat, a booster seat, a small potty and each double room has the space to install a baby cot. Guest access The accommodation and courtyard will be entirely reserved for guest use.
