This newly updated modern home will be beyond your expectations. Flooded with light and handmade touches this house is ideal for large groups. The house is set up perfectly for people to gather and relax. The large open floor plan captures the kitchen, living room and dining room. Everything you need from a coffee maker to get your morning going, to blenders are all provided for you. There is one step to enter the house which is the main level. There is a half bathroom and a bedroom on the main level (1 queen and 1 twin) along with the kitchen, dining area, living room and office area with desk, stool. 2 chairs and sidetables. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. 3 with queen beds (3 queen beds total) and one with a king bed. There are also 2 full bathrooms; one with a bathtub/shower combo, the other with a walk in shower and a deep soaking tub. There is a SmartTv in the master bedroom and the King bedroom. On the main level there is one bedroom (no closet) with a queen and a twin bed. There is a parking spot on site for your vehicles, a deep garage and plenty of free street parking should you need more. Onsite parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. This modern updated 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located at the end of a private drive off a cul de sac. House is completely furnished with 5 bedrooms - 4 queen beds, 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. Kitchen is stocked. There is a crockpot, coffeemaker, 4 slice toaster, blender, microwave. The oven is convection as well as regular with glass cooktop. HDTV with wi-fi. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is one dining areas with one dining set as well as counter island seating for 3. A second dining area that seats 8. There is a living room with a HDTV. and high speed internet. Security cameras are onsite. Guest access Your stay includes use of the 2 car garage with a remote. There is additional parking in the driveway. There is a balcony on the main level that looks right into the forested backyard at treetop level! Other things to note The gravel parking spot in front of the railing is a turn around area and is not available for parking. If you are reserving for 30 nights Airbnb will charge you lodging taxes. To avoid this either change your booking to 31 nights or call Airbnb to have the tax removed. You must be at least 25 yrs old to reserve. A copy of your valid picture ID is required. We require a valid Airbnb account profile with your first and last name. There is a rental contract you must sign and return within 24 hours of booking. Smoking and vaping outside only. This house is treated on a regular basis for pests. However it is on the edge of a forested protected eco area. There will be spiders, ants and insects from time to time. We make every attempt to eradicate insects from inside the house however we do not guarantee a bug free environment. Please do not leave the doors open and especially do not leave out food and drinks as that will attract the ants. Portland is built on anthills. There is outside video surveillance and guest counts are monitored. Tampering with any cameras will result in your reservation being cancelled with no refund. Cameras do not point inside the residence. The City of Portland requires the name and addresses of all guests on the reservation as well as vehicle information. Access instructions are sent on arrival day. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Only the guests on the reservation may access the premises. No outside guests allowed. Please check with the owner if you have any question over this policy. It includes receptions, dinner parties, showers, graduation parties that include any persons not on the reservation. The property is deemed acceptable 30 minutes after arrival. We remedy any concerns or issues in a timely manner, we do not issue credits, discounts or refunds. We will enter the premises to address any issues. Access cannot be denied. We are not responsible for any interruptions in amenities due to outside forces. This includes power, gas, internet, wifi and cable. We highly recommend the purchase of travel interruption insurance. Our cancellation policy is no refunds. We do not provide any refunds for extenuating circumstances. We will provide any requested information to your travel insurance provider to expedite your claim.
