This comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home has so much to offer its guests. The open living/dining/kitchen area is the perfect place to gather with friends and family while enjoying the breathtaking views out of the numerous picture windows. You can curl up with a good book and a glass of wine on the cozy seat by the windows overlooking the bay and ocean, or stretch out on the plush sofas, with cable TV and DVD player, and opt for a relaxing movie night instead! Take advantage of all that Netarts and the Three Capes Loop has to offer! You can go hiking, kayaking, clamming, crabbing, fishing, biking, golf, and of course there's always just relaxing! It is only a 1.5 mile beautiful stroll to Oceanside where you can get a cup of coffee or enjoy a nice lunch. Garner's Getaway is just steps from the beach for all your sand castle building and kite flying needs. ** Note: $35 damage insurance is already included in the cost of your stay. Netarts is a small community situated at the mouth of the Netarts Bay, just south of Oceanside, along the Three Capes Scenic Route. This small community is off the beaten path and offers peace and quiet sought by vacationers who want a truly local experience. Visit the nearby Cape Lookout State Park for some great hiking opportunities and breathtaking views. Netarts Bay spans 7-miles from north to south and is separated from the ocean by Netarts Spit. Inside the bay, at low tide, you can search for different varieties of clam, and a nearby marina offers boat and crab pot rentals. The rate varies depending on the time of year. Price displayed is the base rate. County lodging taxes are included in the rate. Damage insurance is required instead of a damage deposit. The cost is $35 and will cover you up to $3,000 in damages. The $35 has been added to the "cleaning fee" in rate details. 3 DAY MINIMUM FOR HOLIDAYS Dogs are allowed, but there is an extra dog fee and no dogs will be allowed without prior permission. I will send a request through Airbnb for the pet fee since there is not a way to add it on Instant Book reservations. I send out a rental contract to sign electronically after a booking is made.
