Large ensuite room, in historic house by the canal

Cute Georgian house directly on the canal. Only 5 min walk from Google and Grand canal Dock & 10 min from Aviva stadium, Herbert Park, City center and Trinity College. We are a friendly couple happy to host a long stay guest while we are looking for a permanent flatmate. We work in tech and photography. With a lot of love for the Irish culture, our own backgrounds are German- Italian and French, so be ready for a full european immersion. The space Large private room with doubleroom and desk, situated in the lower ground floor of the house. Private big bathroom with bathtub situated right next to it. Please notice the current flatmates repainted 3 of the bedroom walls in pastel blue and orange. Guest access Groundfloor including Livingroom and kitchen and main entrance; -1 Floor including Guest room and private bathroom and washing room, front and backgarden. Other things to note The house is charming and very comfortable. Like every Georgian house it comes with particularities, the windows are not double glass, and you can hear the water tubes at times. Laundry room is behind in the private bedroom. One time a week after confirming with the guest, as hosts we would pass the bedroom to the use washingmaschine. It is better to explain everything upfront, among the years it has always been a very easy house to live in and made us life long friends. Looking forward to host you.
