The eco-friendly, stonework home with contemporary accents is nestled amongst dozens of heritage live oak trees, a wine vineyard, bluebonnets and an abundance of residential wildlife. The space Whether you're hosting a family reunion, corporate event or a special event for a large group, the Lodge can accommodate it all. We offer a variety of lodging rental options to help you create an affordable upscale unique experience. There are numerous activities and restaurants just minutes away and downtown Austin is normally less than a 15 minute drive. The main Lodge is a five+ bedroom six+ bathroom beautiful and unique two story home. The Lodge is the perfect floor plan for both related and unrelated guests. Each designer appointed guest suite has one or more external doors (outside entrances) with all guest suites having direct access to the center courtyard. There are no common internal hallways so each guest suite has privacy. A central stereo makes listening to your favorite music over bluetooth easy with six music zones (inside and outside) and each zone has its own volume control. Each guest suite has a private shower and tv and there is an additional ADA wheel chair accessible shower. The chef’s kitchen is spacious and has an open floor plan leading into the dining and break room areas. There is a large gas fireplace, flat screen tv and a few lounging furniture options in the break room. Please refer to the floor plans in the photo section for more detailed information on both the common areas and the sleeping arrangements. Often a staff member stays at the lodge or on property to be able to help with all potential questions you may have. Only registered guests may be on property unless you are having a pre-approved event. We are happy to help you host a special function or event for an additional fee. Please contact us about your plans if that is the case. If you are having an approved event, we can move the furniture elsewhere and the break room area will comfortably sit 60+ at round tables that we provide and can arrange for you. A second hospitality room provides indoor seating for 24 additional guests or other activities. However, most guests hosting an event prefer to use the large entertainment patios that can comfortably seat 200 persons. However, there are additional rules and fees for hosting an event and must be approved in advance of making a lodging reservation. Guest access Lodge is available to guest access.
