Charming accommodation in the middle of nature.

The picturesque village of Laneuvelle is located barely 15 minutes' drive from the A31 (Route du Soleil). You will stay with us in the charming and authentic French farmhouse, overlooking the forests and hills of the Haute Marne. The perfect base for beautiful nature walks and bike tours. Enjoy the peace, listen to the silence and admire the rich starry sky. And if you are in transit, this is the perfect place to recharge, possibly with dinner (see Other important information). The space The guest room (room 1) is located at the front of the house, on the 1st floor. The room has a good bed; 2 separate mattresses of 80x200cm, made up as a double bed of 160x200cm. The 2 other guest rooms are located on the attic floor; room 2 is a spacious room and has a good double bed (2x80 wide, made up as 160x200cm) and a single bed (90x200); room 3 has a good bed of 140x200cm. For guests, on the 1st floor there is a private toilet and a private bathroom; small but functional. We live here, so the rest of the house is for private use. For stays of several nights, the living room can be used in consultation. Excellent WiFi connection. Feel free to use the lovely outdoor space; the covered terrace, the spacious fenced garden, where children safely have all the space and the cozy orchard. And if you are passing through, you can possibly join (depending on circumstances) for a good hot meal, for a cash payment of €15,- per person (for children up to 7 years €10,- pp, from 7 years also €15,- pp). An overnight stay with no worries! If you are interested in this, please let me know in advance. Consider booking an extra night on your way to your vacation destination; to unwind in advance of your vacation, or to fully relax at the end of your vacation (with a 10% discount per extra night). During your stay There is always an opportunity to get acquainted and share information about activities and sights. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are available, as well as shampoo, soap and toothpaste. Breakfast included. For the little ones, a highchair, children's tableware, playpen and camping bed (no sheets/blankets) are available. It is nice to know in advance whether this will be used. Possibility to use hot meal (€15 pp, children up to 7 years €10 pp). Please book well in advance and always depending on circumstances. No pets. Smoking only outside the house.
