The ocean is steps from your door, and the condo is in the heart of the world famous Carolina Beach boardwalk! You can't get closer to the restaurants and shops. Leave your car and walk everywhere! In addition to the oceanfront view and access, you will have access to the pool, private parking, and laundry. Our husband and wife team at “My CB Vacation” hopes to provide you with a wonderful vacation experience at Carolina Beach. We look forward to making your stay an experience to remember! The space You will have the entire condo to yourself. The condo is accessible by elevator or stairs, and you will have no better view than oceanfront! Watch the dolphins swim by, the waves break, or enjoy the weekly fireworks show just above you. The property is entirely handicap accessible! The bed is a memory foam queen mattress with comfortable pillows and a down duvet. You will have use of all items in the condo. If more than two people are staying with you, please let us know to arrange additional linens for the queen pullout sofa (also memory foam mattress) and towels. Additional guests over 2 incur an added fee for linens and towels. If you only have two guests, but one is planning to sleep on the sofa bed, please let us know in advance, in order to add the linen fee and make sure the bed is made. We provide wooden beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily in the high season from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and every guest receives all linens and towels for the number of guests booked. If you need extra, let us know. You will also have water on arrival and a Keurig with several varieties of coffee, tea and accoutrements. The pool is open from May 1-October 15. This condo has been designed to provide a feel of relaxation and enjoyment in all aspects, and we are sure you will love hanging out at Carolina Beach! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and the pool. There is also a laundry room. You will receive a parking tag for your vehicle to park in one of three lots. We only provide a tag for 1 vehicle, but there is paid parking nearby, or you can purchase an additional pass prior to your trip. Other things to note We have created a unique app guidebook for the condo and the Carolina Beach area that will give you lots of ideas and suggestions about restaurants, activities, local info, and many more fun things. We also have partnered with Tony Silvagni Surf School to provide our guests with a high quality wooden umbrella and 2 wooden chairs that Tony's team will set up on the beach for you every day from 9am-5pm between Memorial Day and Labor Day. He also will extend a 10% discount to any other rental, tour or lesson you would like to book during your stay!
