The space ABOUT THE SPACE: You'll be surrounded by nature and beauty in your private, detached guesthouse in Roseburg, Oregon (Green District). Conveniently located just 1.5 miles off Interstate I-5, EXIT 119 or 120 in Douglas County. Perfect for short or extended stays and affordable, too. The 520-Square feet (40’ W/5 Slides) Built-in 2021. This charming Retreat has wood-looking gray LVP floors throughout, a Large Livingroom, a Large Kitchen, a Big Bedroom, and a nice size Bathroom. Scenic views all around. PRIVACY: The Retreat is on the side of the house quiet and private. See the photo in the listing. Private off-road parking. Private entrance. Private Backyard. However, you may see Eric and Debbie working in the yard around the Retreat, or just relaxing. AMENITIES: Free Internet access, streaming Internet (YouTube TV / Roku), full-size refrigerator with Icemaker, Microwave, Gas Stove/Oven with all Pots, Pans, and Utensils. DECOR: The Retreat was built in 2021 with a Country/Farmhouse style. It has 2- Sliding Glass Doors, and LVP floors throughout. 2022 is our first-year hosting travelers. We hope to make your stay Comfortable and Memorable! We love people and we are friendly. However, we will respect your privacy at all times! On the other hand, if you'd like to share a cup of coffee or a drink sometime, come over and say hello :) ABOUT THE TOWN: Roseburg (Green District) has a motto: "Where nature is your neighbor." The town is nestled in one of Douglas County's more beautiful valleys right on the Umpqua Riverbank. It is also known as "The gateway to the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua". We're a small, friendly community with small town appeal, but also modern with the times. If you need any suggestions on where to go eat, or explore close by let us know. GUEST ACCESS: You may use the entire Retreat and its private yard. You'll have private parking and access in front of the Retreat. Key Lock Box on the fence. OTHER THING TO NOTE: Sleeping arrangements: The Retreat is ideal for 1 or 2 guests (couple) as there is only one bed. However, up to 4 guests are welcome if you don't mind the pullout couch bed. Just be sure to let us know about your group so we can accommodate you! The bathroom has a shower. It does not have a bathtub. Pets are welcomed there will be a $25 pet fee.
