Nevertheless, it is important to consider the smart distribution of areas in the apartment, such as a complete open kitchen with a bar table which creates a separation between such kitchen and the social area, where there is a nice dining table for four. Additionally, the apartment has a great view, which you will be able to enjoy from the apartment or just by opening the door to the balcony, where you will be able to enjoy a good coffee or simply get rest while reading your favorite book and looking at the amazing sunsets that our Aburrá Valley offers quite often.
