Enjoy your stay in Hamilton in this cozy basement suite! Includes semi-private entrance, comfy bedroom space, bathroom, living area, and full kitchen. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Less than 5 minute drive to the highway, and local Juravinski Hospital. The space Easily check-in through the rear door of the house using a coded entry to a shared hallway space. This shared entrance area that you pass through is where we occasionally use for accessing our garage, a bathroom, and storage. These spaces are not included in your AirBnB rental. Proceed through the hallway to enter your private open-concept suite by a short flight of stairs. ***Please note that this is a basement space so the temperature may be different than you are accustomed too and is typically COOLER through spring, summer, and fall as basements are naturally cooler*** In addition to slippers and blankets, we have provided an electric heated blanket for your use should you find the temperature cooler than your liking. - Free street parking located directly in front of the home - Queen size bed, ample drawer storage - Comfortable couch with chaise for lounging. - Kitchen includes: full-size fridge, stove, microwave, sink, coffee/tea, kettle, coffee-maker, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots/pans, basic cooking utensils, dish towels - Private 3-piece bathroom (towels included) - TV with AppleTV (including Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple Tv Plus and Apple Arcade) - Homepod Mini with Apple Music - Wi-fi *For stays over one week in length, we will require brief access to our laundry facilities to be coordinated with guests* Guest access Using a code entry to the rear door of the house and your private suite is steps away from the entrance and down a small flight of stairs.
