Most of Townhouse with Privacy to Host Travelers

My place is by the Everett Turnpike, 7-Eleven, the supermarket, and the dry cleaners. There is a bus stop near the next street over. My condo is good for adventurers, business travelers, & traveling nurses. The bedroom overlooks the very far mountains which are visible on some clear days in the afternoon. There's a TV in the bedroom, but you'd need to use your own account with the older Roku. You'll be the only person using the living room, the kitchen, and the washer & dryer. Wi-Fi is included. The space My home is extremely well located: • Situated in Nashua itself (not in an adjacent town) • 4 minute drive to the highway (not 5+ minutes like other communities require) • 45 minutes to Boston (minimum travel time during non-peak times at night) I do not require my guests to be vaccinated (unlike other hosts on this platform who do); however, in the event you arrive sick, I reserve the right to wear a mask or face-covering while helping you check-in to my place. My townhome is nestled just minutes from quaint, New Hampshire towns, where there are active farming communities showcasing historic orchards and wildlife trails, as well as antiquing spots and a couple of local wineries. You'll love my end unit — its cozy, yet open floor plan with lots of natural light and genuine, hardwood floors. Beautiful, open yard and a private deck where you can relax and enjoy tranquility at its best. Guest access Convenient back deck where you can have coffee/eat and watch the hummingbirds buzzing around (if there are flowers planted this year to which they're attracted). Large front yard which can be set-up with a BBQ and four patio chairs where you can also eat or just spent some downtime outside on a sunny day! It is not uncommon to hear of neighborhood sightings of wildlife such as a flock of turkeys, deer, and a coyote… who grace us of their visits on a relatively biannual basis. Other things to note This bedroom is on the second floor, but is on the side of the house which overlooks the ground floor. This is a very comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a walk-in closet, and a desk and a chair. You will have all of the kitchen and bathrooms for your exclusive use. Since you are the only guest, you have access to the living room, the kitchen/dining area, and the bathrooms/laundry facilities. Password-protected Wi-Fi is included. Also, please note rubbish hauling is only offered once per week, and all trash generated must remain inside the unit until the designated day for curbside pick-up. There is a food-waste (garbage) disposal built into the kitchen sink, and the kitchen trash barrel has a lid on it. This house policy is non-negotiable, as there is no dumpster on the property nor a trash bin that is permanently left outside. As my guest, if you are found to be illegally using the adjacent development's dumpster system (on camera) and I am fined for your actions, then the fine will be directly passed on to you.
