Available: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Guest access The domestic equipment is full and refined from the smallest detail. It includes sheets, towels, shower gel and soap. Free internet access via WIFI is completely available. Each item has been carefully chosen and each room has been organised for maximum comfort in any circumstance. Other things to note To ensure you an easy check-in into the apartment we kindly ask you to notify us in case the first access will be after 10.00 pm. Check in after 10 pm has extra costs. Between 10 pm and 00.00 = extra cost of 25.00 €. Between 00.00 and 02.00 = extra cost of 45.00 €. From 02.00 cost 15.00 Euro extra per hour. The payment of the amount is requested upon delivery of the keys and can be paid in cash. Guest must be registered with an identification document. No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time. If you need an invoice make sure you have added the billing information in the online check-in link. Inside the apartment it is forbidden to smoke and it is also forbidden to organize parties. The apartment is located in a condominium and therefore between 10pm and 8am it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors. The cleaning fee includes a normal cleaning of the rooms and the supply of linen. It is required to separate the garbage and leave the kitchen tidy. If you don't respect this rule you will be asked for an extra cleaning fee.
