The pull out sofa in the living room easily accommodates two. 1 Bedroom with a Queen size Bed and new mattress + Closets, and a Work Desk. There is plenty of storage space for your clothes and personal belongings. Sleeping arrangements depends on every person: 4 guests= Queen size bed (2) + Sofa bed(2) This chalet comes with a fully equipped kitchen (silverware and all kitchen utensils) with a Fridge/Gas stove/Microwave. A washing machine & a Vacuum cleaner are included as well. 2 Bathrooms, One full bathroom & another Guest Bathroom. 2 smart TV's (One 55inch in the living room and one 42inch in the bedroom) 2 AC's (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). 1 Elliptical Training Machine in the bedroom. The living room door opens to a beautifully maintained Garden with table, chairs and an umbrella. Free access to the pool on the roof (5th floor) with unlimited guests, available for 6 months (From May > October). 1 covered and secured parking underground and other parking spots available outdoor. A private Gym (GYMBOX) is available in the compound, a subscription payment is required.
