Ground floor: - Spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with two refrigerators, coffee maker, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining table (up to ~8 people). - Dining room with extendable dining table (up to ~12 persons) - Living room with sofa, armchairs and open fireplace - Bedroom for 2 persons with a double bed - Small bathroom with toilet and shower - Covered terrace with large dining table Upper floor: - Library/children's playroom with sofas, coffee table - Bedroom for 4 persons with a double bed and 2 single beds - Bedroom for 2 persons with a double bed and large built-in closet - Large bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet - Separate WC 2) Maison Annexe The second house includes three fully equipped apartments, accessible separately through a common hallway, for a total of up to 8 people. The largest of the three apartments offers enough space and equipment for common meals of all guests. - Apartment "Selestat" on the first floor (approx. 30sqm): 1 double bed (180cm), built-in kitchenette (with fridge, stove), small bathroom (with shower and separate toilet), built-in closet - Apartment "Colmar" as a maisonette on the upper floor and attic (approx. 45sqm): 1 double bed (180cm), built-in kitchenette (with fridge, stove), bathroom (with shower and separate toilet), built-in closet - Apartment "Strasbourg" as maisonette on the upper floor and attic (approx. 65sqm): 1 double bed (180cm) on open gallery, 1 double bed (180cm) in the living room, sofa/sitting area, eat-in kitchenette (with fridge, stove, oven, etc.) and extendable dining table, bathroom (with shower and separate toilet), closet. The price includes Wi-Fi access, bed linen and towels. Baby crib and high chair can be provided free of charge, please specify when booking (dinnerware for children also available). Guest access In addition to the cottages, guests can also share the sheltered and extensive outdoor area of the estate, enclosed by historic barn buildings. This includes a tarte flambée oven, an outdoor dining room, a barbecue, various covered seating areas, as well as the entire garden area and an orchard located behind the barn buildings. Various games and sports facilities (including a table tennis table) can also be used. The property is fenced on all sides, so that even small children can move without danger on the premises. Parking is available directly in front of the house on the street within the public free parking spaces (usually there is always something free).
