End unit townhouse across the street from deeded beach access and walking distance to restaurants and beach shops! The house is perfect for families or friends, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, in addition to a new sleeper sofa (2021) in the living room. Following enhanced cleaning procedures to ensure house is sanitized between guests. The space Comfortable for families or a group of friends, our house is comfortable, and designed for a relaxed stay at the beach. The house is great for families (bunk room downstairs) or a couple set of friends, as there is a full bathroom for each of the three bedrooms. The townhouse comes with deeded beach access, which is directly across the street (about a 3 min walk or less). We provide 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware item that you may need, and there is also a full washer and dryer to make it easy to wash your beach towels after a day in the sun. There is seating for four at the bar and a round table also seats four to enjoy your meals. The town home is an end unit, allowing for extra light to come in, as well as only sharing walls on one side. Also, this unit is the closest to the common area which contains a grill, picnic seating, deck space and a splash pool. Guest access As part of the Royal Seaesta Town Home complex, all guests will have two parking spaces directly in front of unit #8, as well as beach access across the street, and use of the common space deck/splash pool area (small hot-tub sized), which also has a charcoal grill for use. Please keep all areas clean and leave the spaces you used as you have found them. Other things to note There are only two parking spaces available directly in front of the town home; additional spaces are not available. Extra parking is available next door at Alvin's Island for $20/night. (Paid directly to Alvin's Island). We provide 4 beach chairs for our guests to use. A $25 replacement fee will be charged for any missing or damaged beach chair. We are pet friendly, but charge $100 per pet (max two).
