Guest access You will be sent a special door code specific to your stay prior to arrival. Easy access to town, 2 off street parking spots. Entire unit is available to guest with the exception of 2 locked owners closets. Other things to note Either the host or manager will be responsible for yard maintenance and snow removal from the driveway. Guests may be asked for cooperation in temporarily moving parked vehicle(s) to clear the driveway (winter only). Please note that overnight on-street parking is not allowed from Nov. 1 through May 1. Upper deck patio furniture is available during summer months only and is removed to allow snow removal during winter months. Guest use of EV charger: Contact property manager before using the EV charger. Charger is equipped with a J1772 type plug. Guests will need to bring their own adapter to charge vehicles that use different plug type. Manager will provide access to activate the Charger. Guests using the charger will be billed at a rate of $0.22/kwh. Host, manager and property owner are not responsible for damage to vehicle resulting from equipment malfunction or improper use of the charger, or costs resulting from the charger not working with the guest vehicle.
