We are located in a secluded rural wooded setting centrally located between Bucknell University in Lewisburg and Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove. Offering a 1-bedroom apartment/in-law suite attached to our home with a private entrance. The suite is a spacious 75 sq. ft. with enough space for a small-family or a couple. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed and a pull out sofa . Most comfortable for a couple or 2 adults and 2 children. The basement suite has a private entrance with a large living room / kitchen area, and large bedroom with a queen-size bed. Also provided is a full pull out sofa or ( a queen size air mattress with linens maybe provided ) that can be used in the living room . The living room is spacious and ready to relax with TV & streaming channels, DVD player /DVD’s and Wi-Fi accessible. Full bathroom with shower (no tub)/ all linens / toiletries are provided. Full kitchen with basic utensils, plates, and cookware, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, Corner nook with table for dining. We provide an upper deck and fire pit if you like to enjoy the outdoors. There is private parking for two vehicles. *Please----No smoking or vaping inside the house. $200 fine Guests will have access to the entire apartment/suite. You have use of the Upper Deck with fire pit and cushions in the tote for guest access,own fire pit area , Parking area for two cars and a dog tie out cable. It can accommodate a small dog 20 lb or less. As your host, we live on site. We will be available if needed in person and via text/cell and ready to answer questions. The neighborhood is wooded and quiet. The Shikellamy State Park with plenty of hiking trails and boat rentals during the summer is with in walking distance. Splash Mountain Water Park, Fort Augusta, and Joseph Priestly House are roughly within 3 miles. You can also enjoy the Amish country with in 15 miles . There is NO public transportation, but dining and take out or delivery services are close by. We are close to the Susquehanna River and easy access to Rt. 15 and Rt 11. Close to everything Central Pennsylvania has to offer Shikellamy Overlook State Park – within a 15 min walk.
