We offer for a monthly rental a master bedroom with its own bathroom, min-fridge, tv, and Wi-fi for the entire home; Netflix, Prime, and cable TV . The patio has a gas grill. The kitchen is fully furnished with a table setting for eight. A furnished kitchen is also available for guests. Longer stays and small pets are welcome. The space You can have total privacy in the bedroom and share the common bathroom; all other shared amenities are available for you. Guest access You and your party will have access to the living room, the basement, kitchen and the laundry if you need it. During your stay Most of the time we would like to meet the guest for check-in and say goodbye during check out. We are always available for any questions the guests might have and make sure that they have the best and safest accommodation. Other things to note I live in the house nearby and will be available should you need any assistance. My co-host will also be available if I'm not around.
