This is a single story house on 5 acres with privacy. It's a 3 bedroom house all remodeled and ready to rent out. It's on the out skirts of amish country in stark county ohio. Located 5 mins from stark wilderness and 10 mins from Lehman Hardware in Kidron Ohio. 20 minutes from Berlin .There is a lot of activities within 10 min. The space The house is a one story with a basement . It has what we call mud room entrance , kitchen , dining room, living room , 3 bedrooms and a bath and a half. Guest access Guess have access to the whole house plus walking around the house. There is plenty driveway to park on back side and please stay on driveway. Other things to note There is a fridge , microwave , coffee maker at the house for customer to use. Also washer and dryer on premises.
