Bring the whole family and enjoy your own private home with a huge flat yard on crystal clear Little Sebago Lake. Swim on the 60' of frontage with easy entry and a sandy beach, bring your boat for some fishing or tubing, or sip coffee while gazing at the lake. Note that our property is older, and while we've made some updates there are some creaky floorboards, older paneling on the walls, and other quirks. We strive to keep it clean, and to make sure you can enjoy the lake as much as possible. The space The yard on the lakeside is large, level, and grassy. Enjoy a grill, plenty of outdoor seating and tables, umbrellas, and a firepit. There is a dock where you can tie up your boat. Enter to an open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. Use the expanding dining room table to set up to 10, or seat 10 people in the living room. Enjoy lake views from every part of the dining and living room! There is a first floor bedroom and bathroom, washer and dryer at the base of the stairway, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have lake views, and there is a bunk room for the kids featuring 4 total twin beds. Guest access You'll have run of the entire property except for the garage. Other things to note Private driveway with parking - easily fit 5+ vehicles. There is a public boat launch on Little Sebago in Lower Lake on Mt Hunger Shore Drive. The property next door is private property and not a boat launch.
