Beautiful Single Family Ranch House. Near by Attractions: 4 miles to Boone city limits. 4 miles to Wahoo's Adventures New River Outpost. 9 miles to Elk Knob State Park. 13 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway Entrance at Deep Gap. This is a great place for a small group, single family or 2 families vacationing together. Each grouping of parent(s) can get their own bedroom with a third bedroom of bunk beds for the kids. WiFi is included. Washer and Dryer is available for longer stays. Other things to note The house is somewhat near the local gun club. The gun club has posted hours so they can't fire at night time. When I'm inside the house, I don't hear it 99% of the time. If you're outside the house, you'll hear it. If you're especially sensitive to noise, I would pass on this house.
