This luxury property is centrally located. 10 Mins from the airport, 5 mins drive from busy south coast shopping, restaurants & beaches. Property features very private pool and back yard. There are 2 small very playful dogs on property so if dogs bother you please beware. The space This is a very private space yet centrally located. All areas of the island are very easily accessed by car or taxi. The apartment is downstairs so no steps to negotiate. There is a 2 bedroom apartment above this one. Guest access Guests will have access via a private garden gate to a large garden with pool and also limited access to the laundry by arrangement. There is a very lively small dog on the premises and he loves to play!! He will play with you whether you like it or not! The other small dog is very docile. Other things to note We are close the US Embassy which is convenient for those coming to get USA Visas. We are also right on the highway so basically close to everything, yet very quiet and secluded in the back of the development. YOU NEED A CAR OR TAXI TO GET AROUND. NOTHING IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF OUR PROPERTY! Please note once again that there are 2 very active small dogs on the property and they love to play!!
