Little Cabin in the Woods

Small cabin set in the woods with a mountain to climb, a fire pit for campfires, and trails to walk. The one-bedroom has 4 bunk beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. nothing too fancy, but a good place for a family with children to get out and breathe country air. Close to Swain for skiing and Dansville and Hornell for shopping. We rent it for 5 days minimum, but you can have more. Need to bring your own linens. The space Guests have access to the cabin during the winter months, and during the summer, an additional cottage is available upon request. There are 33 acres of beautiful woods to explore. Guest access You will have the entire space to yourself. House , campfire, and woods. It is a mountain to explore. All private land, no need for a face covering. Other things to note Sleeping bags are available. Guests should plan on bringing sheets, pillow cases, and towels, along with any bathroom products. Any garbage has to be taken from the camp when you check out. An additional $100 fee will be assessed for any garbage cleanup left by the guest. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the cabin. There is a $100 pet fee. No discharging of firearms. The camp should be left the way you found it when you arrived.
