Guest access The Loft has it's own private entrance and free parking in our driveway. Look for the lit up tree around to the side of the house, Follow the driveway around the front of the house. You can park in front of the glass door. Or the gravel area in front of the stone wall . There is also room for extra vehicles . Please let us know if you will have more than 2 cars We ask that you please stay on paved area, as we have sprinkler heads on the lawn. Interested in hosting a gathering/event? Ask us! Pricing is dependent on total guest count. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge you for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $100 per month), a $100 per week per pet fee for all cats (no longer than 2 weeks please)- crating them is required. *FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we're not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you're interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged.
