Guest access The Loft has it's own private entrance and free parking in our driveway. Look for the lit up tree around to the side of the house, Follow the driveway around the front of the house. You can park in front of the glass door. Or the gravel area in front of the stone wall . There is also room for extra vehicles . Please let us know if you will have more than 2 cars We ask that you please stay on paved area, as we have sprinkler heads on the lawn. Other things to note Please note correct pricing is dependent on correct guest count. -Pack-n-Play. $5 per night, $10 minimum, includes delivery. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge you for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: • Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! • DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. • We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! • Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided to ensure compliance. • Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you. • tub or showers are for humans only. • When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this. • Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We can offer a few doggy daycare facilities, if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it! There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $100 per month), a $50 per week per pet fee for all cats (no longer than 2 weeks please)- crating them is required.
